Interview and Selection Process

We coordinate interviews, ensuring candidates present original documents and passports, and confirm attendance. Our services include arranging accommodation, airport transfers, and fully equipped interview facilities. We provide support staff, manage logistics, and offer office amenities for client use. After interviews, we assist in evaluating results, obtaining shortlisted candidates, and verifying complete candidate documentation for seamless recruitment.

Post Selection & Deployment:

  • Receive employment offers from clients, extend to candidates, explain terms in detail, and confirm acceptance with the client.
  • Conduct post-selection interviews to clarify job roles, benefits, and employment conditions.
  • Schedule pre-employment medical examinations at authorized centers and arrange re-tests as per GAMCA regulations.
  • Manage document attestation and verification processes as required by the destination country.
  • Perform comprehensive background checks and reference verifications, providing reports to the client if requested.
  • Complete travel documentation, including visa processing, emigration formalities, and insurance policies.
  • Organize ticket booking for candidates and their failies (where family status is granted).
  • Coordinate personal effects shipping and provide logistical support as needed.
  • Share flight and travel details with clients 3–4 days prior to departure.
  • Assist candidates and their dependents at airports during departure.
  • Confirm medical clearance with designated medical facilities or GAMCA centers.
  • Provide Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT) as per MEA’s flagship program guidelines.
  • Ensure candidates are informed about destination country culture, language, rights, and welfare measures.
  • Highlight key resources like ICWF, PBBY, emigrate, MADAD Portal, Pravasi Bharatiya Kendras, and 24/7 consulate helplines.
  • Facilitate PDOT registration, offering both online and offline training options for flexibility and convenience.
  • Enable emigrants to download PDOT completion certificates for documentation and safe migration compliance.
